Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (must become board certified within 2 years if board eligible).
• Valid Michigan medical license at the time of employment.
• Completion of 4th-year ERCP training.
• BLS Certification with maintenance of recertification.
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gastroenterology.
• Valid Michigan License.
• DEA Certification.
• BLS Certification.
