Job Opportunity: Gastroenterologist in Bay City, Michigan

The region is known for its supportive community and robust medical resources, including a brand-new ambulatory endoscopy surgery center. Job Responsibilities:

• Perform ambulatory endoscopy procedures and inpatient ERCP and EUS.
• Collaborate with experienced staff to efficiently move patients through endoscopy care.
• Participate in on-call coverage on a 1:3 basis.
• Maintain a single-hospital coverage model.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation.
• Engage in a supportive network that includes two colorectal surgeons in the community.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
• Demonstrated ability to specialize in ERCP and EUS.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active Michigan medical license (or in process).
• DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start).
• CSR/CDS registration (must be obtained prior to start).
