Position Details:

Patient Population: General GI cases

Setting: Hospital

Responsibilities:

Coverage of all unassigned GI patients & United Digestive patients
-
Consultative inpatient service from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
-
No night call (covered by United Digestive physicians)

Work alongside 2 inpatient APPs providing 7-day/week coverage
-

Required Procedures: General Gastroenterology procedures

EMR System: TBD
-
Support Staff: 2 inpatient APPs covering 7 days/week
-
Days Per Month: 22 weeks per year (7 on / 7 off)
-
On-Call/Weekends: Night call covered by United Digestive physicians
Submission Requirements:
-
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine – REQUIRED
-
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology – REQUIRED
-
GA license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED

Visa Support Needed? (J1 or H1B) – REQUIRED

Clean malpractice – PREFERRED
