Job Description:
Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a busy and well-established practice in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This opportunity offers immediate patient volume and a comprehensive range of GI services, including advanced procedures such as Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).
Practice Details:
Facility: Expansive suite dedicated solely to GI endoscopy procedures
Procedure Volume: Opportunity to perform 150+ endoscopies per month
Call Rotation: 1:4, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule
Compensation & Benefits:
Income Guarantee: $700,000 for 2 years with production incentives
Potential Earnings: Income potential of $900,000+ based on production
Sign-On Bonus: $150,000
Relocation Allowance: $15,000
Insurance: Employer-paid malpractice with tail coverage; health, dental, vision, and life insurance with shared premiums
Retirement: Two programs 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) savings plan
Disability: Employer-paid short-term disability with optional long-term disability at minimal cost
