Outpatient Gastroenterology | No Call, High Procedural Volume
An established outpatient gastroenterology practice is seeking a Gastroenterologist for a high-volume role designed around efficiency, autonomy, and predictable scheduling. With no required call, strong procedural demand, co-located clinic and endoscopy services, and experienced APP support, this opportunity offers a streamlined practice model with excellent earning potential and work-life balance.
Practice Details
- Outpatient-only GI role supported by two inpatient gastroenterologists
- Two experienced APPs functioning independently to support clinic flow
- Clinic and outpatient endoscopy center co-located for maximum efficiency
- Procedure mix includes screening and diagnostic colonoscopy, EGD, and manometry interpretation
- Choice of a four- or five-day workweek
- No required call
- Clinic days average 18-21 patients
- Procedural days average 12-15 cases
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $750,000 plus wRVU bonus structure
- Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000
- 33 days of PTO, 10 CME days, and $5,000 CME allowance
