Outpatient Gastroenterology | No Call, High Procedural Volume


This outpatient gastroenterology opportunity is built for physicians who want efficiency, autonomy, and a schedule that stays predictable. With no required call, strong procedural demand, and a clinic and endoscopy center designed to work seamlessly together, this role offers the kind of setup that makes day-to-day practice smoother and more sustainable.


Practice Details


  • Outpatient-only GI role supported by two inpatient gastroenterologists
  • Two experienced APPs functioning independently to support clinic flow
  • Clinic and outpatient endoscopy center co-located for maximum efficiency
  • Procedure mix includes screening and diagnostic colonoscopy, EGD, and manometry interpretation
  • Olympus 190 scopes and the Provation platform in place

Schedule


  • Choice of a four- or five-day workweek
  • No required call
  • Clinic days average 18-21 patients
  • Procedural days average 12-15 cases
  • EPIC EMR with voice dictation via DAX or Dragon

Compensation & Benefits


  • Base salary of $750,000 plus wRVU bonus structure
  • Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000
  • 33 days of PTO, 10 CME days, and $5,000 CME allowance
  • Malpractice coverage with tail, plus full health and retirement benefits

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Comfortable in a procedure-forward outpatient practice
  • Interest in long-term practice stability and autonomy
