Practice Overview
- Join a collegial team of five gastroenterologists supported by four experienced APRNs
- Single-hospital system with a nearby, conveniently located clinic
- New endoscopy suites opening soon with updated technology
- Olympus endoscopy platforms and access to advanced surgical robotics
Schedule
- Weekly structure of three procedure days and two clinic days
- Inpatient rounding supported by a dedicated nurse practitioner
- Light call schedule with one weekday per week and one weekend per month
- An efficient model designed to protect procedural time and balance
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary of $700,000 with RVU bonus potential
- $50k signing bonus, $100k loan repayment, $10k relocation expenses
