Join Our Gastroenterology Team in Douglasville, GA!
We are seeking a dedicated Physician to join our renowned gastroenterology practice located in Douglasville and Hiram Medical Offices. With an impressive team of over 200 healthcare professionals, we are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This facility is just 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and the Braves stadium, making it an ideal location for both work and leisure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Care for patients in the Douglasville and Hiram Medical Offices
- Join a collaborative team of 5 MD/DOs and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Conduct a Monday to Friday work schedule
- Participate in a 1:3 single hospital call rotation
- Manage approximately 15-18 patients per day
- Perform services & procedures including Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, Enteroscopy, Telehealth, and more
- Engage in continuous professional development and opportunities for growth within the practice
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine (Required)
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology (Required)
- GA Medical License (or willingness to obtain) (Required)
- Clean malpractice history (Preferred)
- Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) (Required)
- DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start) (Required)
License and Certification Requirements:
- Valid Georgia Medical License (Required)
- Board Certification in relevant specialties (Required)
