Job Opportunity: Physician - Gastroenterology

Join a thriving gastroenterology practice located in Gainesville, Georgia, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Lake Lanier. With a team of over 200 providers, you’ll be part of an organization committed to expanding access to affordable and quality digestive health services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care at Gainesville and Braselton Medical Offices.
• Join a collaborative team of 4 MD/DOs and 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Work Monday to Friday with a 1:9 single hospital on-call schedule.
• Manage approximately 15-18 patients per day.
• Perform a variety of services and procedures including Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, Enteroscopy, and more.
• Opportunity for advancement within the practice.
• Utilize telehealth and nutrition counseling services.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Georgia medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• Clean malpractice history preferred
• DEA certification prior to start date
• Open to new graduates through 2025

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine

• Active Georgia medical license or willingness to obtain
• DEA certification must be secured prior to employment
