Job Opportunity: Physician - Gastroenterology in Griffin, GA

Join a Leading Team in Digestive Health! We are seeking a dedicated Physician to join our expanding practice focused on delivering high-quality gastroenterological care in Griffin, Georgia. Our facility is part of a large network that prioritizes patient-centric care in a comfortable and compassionate environment. Within a 40-minute radius, you'll find accessibility to major areas like Peachtree City, Fayetteville, and McDonough, making this a prime location for both work and leisure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality gastroenterological care at Griffin and Locust Grove Medical Offices.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of 3 MD/DOs and 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
  • Manage approximately 15-18 patients per day.
  • Participate in a 1:4 single hospital call schedule at Wellstar Spalding.
  • Perform a variety of procedures, including Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, and Hemorrhoid Banding.
  • Engage in telehealth services and nutrition counseling.
  • Opportunities for advancement within the practice.
  • Open to candidates needing sponsorship for J1 and H1B visas.
  • Support new graduate candidates through 2025.

Qualifications:

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
  • GA medical license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Clean malpractice history preferred.
  • DEA license must be obtained prior to start.
