Gastroenterology opening near Asheville, NC Located in Waynesville, NC - Asheville 30m; Knoxville TN 96m, & Charlotte 157m Seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join an established hospital-employed multi-specialty practice. Multi-specialty practice is composed of primary care, GI, Neurology, and Rheumatology providers all housed under one roof. * Full time, hospital employed, established, multi-specialty practice * Practice is composed of primary care, GI, Neurology, and Rheumatology providers all housed under one roof * Mentorship available * Mix of clinic and hospital procedures, advanced procedures welcomed * General GI and ERCP equipment available: Conmed Bicap 3 snare, Endostat 3, EndoStratus irrigation, Olympus Series 190 scopes for Colon, EGD, and ERCP * Dedicated Endoscopy Suite with experienced staff * Flexible schedule options for work/life balance, will consider traditional scheduled or block scheduling * Clinic EMR - Athena, Hospital EMR - Paragon * 24/7/365 Hospitalist program * Shared call - up to ten days per month Compensation May Include: * Competitive base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonus * Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance * Paid time off and retirement plan * Comprehensive health and well-being benefits * Student loan repayment assistance * Early-commitment residency stipend * Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and days * Paid professional liability and malpractice coverage * Marketing and practice growth assistance Waynesville, NC Waynesville, North Carolina is the largest town in western North Carolina and is a short drive from Asheville.
