Job description

Job description

Are you looking for a GI Hospitalist role that prioritizes both high-earning potential and true schedule flexibility? Lead the region's only Level II Trauma Center in a pure hospital-based setting while enjoying a resort-style lifestyle in the heart of Arkansas.

  • Ultimate Flexibility: Choose between a 7-on/7-off schedule or 24-hour shifts to maximize your time away from work.
  • Pure Inpatient Focus: No outpatient clinic responsibilities. You will manage roughly 3-5 consults and 8 procedures per shift.
  • True Work-Life Balance: While on call, you are not required to remain on-site. Evening returns to the hospital are rare, as local GIs cover after-hours outpatient calls.
  • Surgical Growth: Perform EGDs, colonoscopies, and food bolus removals in a dedicated endoscopy suite.
  • Invested in You: The hospital is open to investing in EUS equipment if you wish to incorporate it into your practice.

Compensation & Benefits (Hot Springs):

  • Daily Rate: $3,571 per shift.
  • Earning Potential: Annual potential ranging from $750,000 to $900,000.
  • Incentives: $50,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance.
  • Comprehensive Executive Benefits Include:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Medical malpractice insurance provided by the hiring hospital.
  • Retirement plans with employer matching (401k/403b).
  • $5,000 annual CME allowance and tuition reimbursement.
