Outpatient Gastroenterology in Little Rock, Arkansas


Join a highly respected outpatient GI practice in Little Rock offering strong procedural volume, advanced resources, and a schedule that truly protects your time. This opportunity is designed for gastroenterologists who want to focus on quality care, maintain balance, and enjoy significant earning potential within a well-supported practice environment.


Practice Details


  • Outpatient-focused gastroenterology practice emphasizing routine GI care
  • Balanced daily workflow with clinic visits and endoscopic procedures
  • Optional ERCP and EUS procedures available, with training and proctoring provided if desired
  • After-hours coverage supported by GI hospitalists

Schedule


  • Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Last patient appointment scheduled at 3:30 p.m.
  • Clinic volume of approximately 10-14 patients per day
  • Perform an average of 13 endoscopic procedures daily
  • Minimal call responsibilities, including 1-3 nights per month and two weekends per month

Compensation & Benefits


  • Guaranteed base salary with total earning potential between $700,000 and $1.1 million annually
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
  • $1,500 stipend for APP supervision, if applicable
  • Executive-level benefits package and student loan reimbursement options

Candidate Requirements


  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Comfortable in an outpatient-focused GI practice
  • Interest in optional advanced procedures is welcomed but not required
