Practice Setting: Office/Hospital/Endoscopy suite
Dates of Coverage: as soon as possible
Schedule (Shifts and Hours): Call coverage during the week and weekend, every 3rd week.
Call Schedule: Currently 1:3
How Many Physicians in Your Group? 3 and 2 PAs
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Required Types of Upper GI Endoscopy: Diagnostic, Therapeutic
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days
Clinical Areas: Adult, Office/Clinic, Hospital Gastro
Onsite Lab? Yes
Dates of Coverage: as soon as possible
