Practice Overview

• You'll join a team with 2 GI physician's and a seasoned nurse practitioner handling new consults
• 1:4 call schedule with rare night call; hospitalist covers ED/inpatient consults Mon-Thurs
• Onsite ASC with 2 GI suites and hospital OR with 2 dedicated GI rooms and block time
• Broad case mix including ERCP (preferred but not required), colonoscopy, EGD, and hemorrhoid management

Schedule

• 4.5-day workweek; clinic open Monday-Thursday with 3.5 days of procedural flexibility
• Average of 20-24 clinic patients/day; NP sees 15/day
• Night call limited to one weekday per week; weekend call one in four with low volume
• Clinic is onsite, no travel; lab and imaging conveniently located within the facility

Compensation & Benefits

• $700,000 guaranteed base salary for three years plus wRVU bonuses starting at $66/wRVU
• Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 and relocation support included
• 200 hours of PTO annually, plus 5 CME days and $5,000 allowance
• Full benefits including 401k with match, malpractice with tail after one year, and student loan support

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
• ERCP experience preferred but not mandatory
• Open to 2025/2026 fellows, new grads, and experienced GIs
