A high-functioning GI practice in Northern Alabama is looking for a gastroenterologist ready to step into strong procedural volume, a clear schedule, and a three-year salary guarantee that takes the guesswork out of your first years in practice. Practice Details
- Join two experienced gastroenterologists with a dedicated NP handling new consults and approximately 15 follow-up patients daily
- Broad GI case mix including colonoscopy, EGD, hemorrhoid management, and optional ERCP
- On-site ASC with two dedicated GI suites and a hospital OR with block time
- Hospitalist service manages ED and inpatient consults Monday through Thursday
Schedule
- Four and a half-day workweek with approximately three and a half procedural days
- The clinic operates Monday through Thursday with an average volume of 20 to 24 patients per day
- Call rotation of 1:4 with low overnight volume
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary of $700,000 for three years, with additional wRVU bonus potential
- $100,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided
- 200 hours PTO annually, plus CME time and allowance

Candidate Profile
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- ERCP experience welcomed but not required
