Baptist Health Deaconess Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join our team of physicians
at Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville. We offer the opportunity to work in a progressive environment
with state-of-the-art robotics and newly renovated OR suites.
Salary Range: $750,000
• Hospital bed size: 410
• Board Certification: required
• State license required: will license
• DEA: required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Willing To License?: YES
Submission guidelines – Once name cleared we will need CV, PQ, Rates, and an NPDB self-query to present
