Healthcare United is actively seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our established and growing practice in beautiful Southwest Georgia. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic team environment at a state-of-the-art facility, equipped with cutting-edge technology, dedicated support from an experienced FNP-C, and a practice designed to optimize patient care and physician success.

Position Highlights:
  • Competitive Salary: Guaranteed and commensurate with your experience
  • Bonus Potential: Earn 100% of practice profits
  • Flexible Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Time split between outpatient clinic and hospital-based endoscopy procedures
  • Call: Only 7 days/month (one week), shared with a team of general surgeons and gastroenterologists. Additional pay for extra call duties.
  • Preceptorship Opportunities: Mentor medical students and residents, shaping the next generation of healthcare providers
  • State-of-the-Art Facility: Located steps from the hospital campus, featuring two new endoscopy suites, a 24-hour physician gym, and an advanced medical education center with simulation labs

Requirements:
  • Completion of Gastroenterology fellowship
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (with board certification required within 5 years)
  • Eligible for Georgia Medical License or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
