Compensation and Benefits:
- **Performance and Productivity Incentives**
- **Call Schedule**: 1:4
- **Starting Loan**: Forgiven over three (3) years, contingent on continuous employment with the Clinic
- **Relocation Services**: Up to $15,000 in approved relocation expenses (grossed up to cover tax liability)
- **Allowed Time Off**: 40 days (320 hours) per fiscal year, covering vacation, holidays, personal days, and continuing education
Additional Clinic Offerings:
- **CME Allowance**: $3,500 for single-boarded and $5,000 for double-boarded per year
