Practice Details
- Established private practice with 16 surgeons spanning GI, general surgery, colorectal, endocrine, and related specialties
- High-volume endoscopy program averaging more than 13,000 procedures annually, with strong APP-driven referral flow
- Two GI Nurse Practitioners are generating consistent procedural demand and clinical support
- Join as a partner or employed physician based on your preference
Schedule
- Four-day workweek with approximately three days of endoscopy and one day of clinic
- Procedural volume of 40 to 60-plus scopes per week with clinic volume around 30 patients weekly
- Shared call rotation of 1:9
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary of $640,000 to $660,000 for a 4 to 4.5-day workweek
- Partnership earnings exceeding $1 million annually
