- Description: Mercy Council Bluffs is in need of GI coverage for the following dates: 10/01 – 10/07 7a – 7a10/28 – 11/03 7a – 7a Dates have been filled11/13 – 11/18 7a – 7a Bid Due Date: 07/03/24 3pm EST Schedule/Availability Requirements: open dates10/01 – 10/08 7a – 7a10/28 – 11/04 7a – 7a 11/13 – 11/18 7a – 7a Details:Avg callback hours: 4-6hSetting: InpatientFTE: 1.0Duties: inpatient general gastroenterology coverageEMR: EPICSupport Staff: hospital staff trained in GIReason for Coverage: 2 locums beginning 6 month break Additional Information Provided by Client Census varies but is typically low 6 pts has been the max and it only got that high once. ERCP skills are not necessary pts can be transferred to a hospital where our group practices and has a physician to provide that service. Gen GI procedural privileges and inpatient consults are what we are looking for currently. Credentialing Information:Timeframe: about 2 months Credentialing with other facilities? No Travel Preferences see attachment for specific travel guidelines: Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels. In the event that the CommonSpirit Health preferred hotel is not available hotel/lodging rates will be reimbursed based on actual expense up to 1.5 times the current GSA rate for the market. [Register to View] Travel: Local preferred but not required. 750/round trip capRental Cars: 65/day all in cap including taxes and fees regardless of car class.Mileage: IRS Standard RatePlease detail any anticipated travel exceptions for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation. Please also indicate the city where provider will be traveling from in the travel section of the provider submission. Rates to Submit see attachment for specific rate structure guidelines: Malpractice - Must be included in rateOrientation - half the hourly rate kicks in after 8 hours. - Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hoursHoliday rates - 1.5x the regular rate per CS guidelines for all corresponding rates.24 Hour Call - Includes 4 Hours Gratis - per 24 hours to hold the pager to include 4 hours gratis - 3496-3895 Call back - Must match hourly rate - per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms - 545-595 PLEASE REFER TO THE RULES OF ENGAGEMENT FOR NAME CLEAR AND PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS!
