• Volume:
- 18-22 clinic visits/day
- 12-14 scopes/day
• Beds in the Dept: 72
• Support Staff: 1.0 FTE clinic staff, & front staff
• EMR: Athena
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• BC
• Active IN License
• IN DEA, CSR
• ABLS, BLS
• Clean Record (preferred)
