**Locum GI Opening in Marquette, MI**
Green Bay 170m
* Rate: Tell us your Rate! (24-hour rate, regularly hourly, and night call)
* Coverage:
* May 20-June 9
* July 15-July 21
* July 29-August 4
* August 26-September 1
* September 9-September 15
* November 18-November 24
* Monday - Sunday, 7a-7am: 24 hour call (first assignment)
* If the locum provider will be returning on a frequent/consistent basis, the following schedule will apply as the department will utilize the locum provider for scheduled outpatient procedures on the weekdays:
* Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM regular onsite hours, followed by 3:00 PM 7:00 AM night call.
* Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM 7:00 AM 24-hour call.
* Clinic Hours + Call
* Locum provider will not have a scribe for this assignment and will be responsible for all charting and work completion without an assistant joining them throughout the day.
* Locum provider will be required to review all of their pathology and complete the line of work by communicating with the nurses the letters they want to send their patients with results and follow up recommendations.

* PEG/PEG-J tube placement
* ERCP/EUS Preferred
* 4 procedure rooms/Endo Suites

* Hydrogen breath testing
* Capsule endoscopy
* Rounding: Assigned and Unassigned
* Patients per Shift: up to 12 for procedures, less inpatient
* Call Type: Beeper
* Call Response Time Required: 20 minutes
* Phone Consults: 2-4
* Call Ratio: On-call during entire assignment
* Patients Seen: up to 12 per day
* Admissions: none (hospitalists admit)
* Paragon & EndoPro EMR
* Estimated credentialing timeframe (60 days)
**Requirements**
* Board Certified or Eligible
* Michigan Licensure (no IMLC)
* ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
* Clean History
