Locums – Pekin, Illinois, Gastroenterology Opening (IMLC Accepted)
- Clinical Role:

- August 2024 – Ongoing Need
- Shifts are Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p, no call, no weekends or nights
- Locum must be able to attend an onsite orientation on a weekday prior to first assignment (typically set for 8a-5p), which would include administrative paperwork and EPIC Training
- Patient Population: Adult (18+), Geriatrics
- Average # of Cases/Day: 15-18/day in clinic, clinic and surgical volume varies by locum (more procedural time than clinic time per week)
- Support Staff: Clinic – GI RN, CMA / MOA, Front Office
- No procedures or surgeries after 3:30 during the week, no weekend surgery – surgeries needed during these times are transferred
- Occasional inpatient rounding requirements, most is after-hours phone call coverage
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology - Required
- Active IL License – Required or IMLC (LOQ in Hand)
- Proof of covid vaccine is required to work at the facility – required
- EMR: Epic
