• 2 facilities: hospital and clinic

Schedule

• Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
• Hospital: Mon - Sun (8a-8a)
• Clinic: Tues & Fri (8a-1p, possibly 5p), Thurs (1p-5p)
• 1 Week of call per month
• 4 Days a week of procedures (dependent on what is available at the hospital so could be 3 days)
• 1 Day a week of clinic
• 1 Week simultaneously on call, doing procedures and in clinic

Clinical Details

• Outpatient and inpatient
• Patients per shift: 12-16 (clinic), 6-9 (hospital)
• Stroke certified facility
• Trauma level 3
• Can either do only procedures or procedures and ER call
• Set amount of time allotted per procedure is around 45 minutes
• Hospital will do their best to always ensure anesthesia is available when needed
  • looking at adding another CRNA to the mix to help
• 100% Adult
• 30% Clinic, 70% Hospital
• 2 Physicians in practice
• Required to supervise NP
• 4-5 Exam rooms

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active CA License
• BLS
• ERCP experience - Highly Preferred
• Active CA Fluoro

Call

• Beeper
• Call response time required: 20 minutes
• Call ratio: 1:4
• Call back: 40%

Support Staff

• 3 MAs
• 1 APP
• 1 Front desk
• 1 Procedure scheduler
