• Start Date: When do you need someone to start seeing patients? ASAP
• ORIENTATION: Mandatory attendance at one of the following orientation sessions prior to start, no exceptions. Commitment to an orientation date is required upon offer acceptance. Tue-Wed.
• Details:
  • Setting: Ambulatory Clinic and outpatient hospital procedures
  • Duties: New and established patients, EGD and colonoscopy
  • FTE: flexible
  • Required Procedures: EGD Colonoscopy
  • Average # of procedures/day 16-18
  • Do you require locums to perform ERCP or EUS? No
  • Rounding required? No
  • Patient types: new and established
  • EMR: EPIC and Provation
  • Support Staff: 1 to 1 with anesthesia support
  • Reason for Coverage: provider FMLA
  • Dealbreakers: Someone that has not practiced in the last 5 years

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• Board Certified or Board Eligible - REQUIRED
• WA License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/Background - PREFERRED
• Availability at time of name clear – REQUIRED

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS/BLS
