- M-F 8a-5p - OP clinic support without scoping

- EMR: EPIC
- Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 20
- Number of Hospital Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 12
- Physicians in Your Group? 13
- Number of Patients Per Day: 15
- Level I Trauma Center
- Estimated 3 month credentialing timeframe
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified - Required
- IL license at the time of submission - Highly preferred
- Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required at time of name clear
- Please note if your provider can do therapeutic procedures such as ERCP or EUS. - Required at time of presentation
