- Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Need 2 more providers for Full days on Thursdays and Fridays. There may be some need for additional dates through the year.., 7a-430p w 30 min unpaid lunch. Pts start at 730a but MD gets there to consent/H&P at 7a, (9hr work day); with possibility of more days being added/included as the needs evolve
- Worksite Setting: Specialty Care
- Scope of Work: Scopes for Colon/colorectal screening procedures
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: IL, DEA/CSR, BLS/ACLS, case logs
- EMR: EPIC
