A 263-bed acute care hospital is seeking a gastroenterologist for locum tenens coverage. This facility has over 1,100 employees providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, cardiology, award-winning stroke care, radiology, and oncology services. The hospital also offers inpatient adult behavior health, neurological, and rehabilitation services.

ERCP is required and EUS is preferred. The clinician will work inpatient all day/every day, which includes approximately a little more than 1/2 day performing procedures and the remaining part of the day doing rounds. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8a-5p. There will be full clinic support as well as APP inpatient support. The facility will accept board eligible but the clinician must have their date to sit for their boards scheduled within 12-18 months of being confirmed for this assignment. There will be night call and any call-back. Weekends will be 24-hour call coverage.
