We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Locums Gastroenterologist for an Inpatient position in Manahawkin, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients in an inpatient setting, conducting procedures, and collaborating with a dedicated support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient consultations, rounding, and follow-ups for gastroenterology patients.
• Conduct 8-10 patient evaluations per day with a focus on inpatient care.
• Perform 3-4 gastroenterology procedures on average per day in a fully equipped Endoscopy suite.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced support staff, including an on-site Anesthesiologist.
• Utilize the full range of resources in the Endoscopy suite for patient care.

Requirements:

• Medical degree and completion of a Gastroenterology fellowship.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of New Jersey.
