Coverage Needed
- ASAP - ongoing
Schedule
- 2 full days per week in office
- 8a - 5p
- 2 ½ days in surgery
- ½ day flex
- Weekday shift: 8a-5p (clinic and surgery days)
- Weeknight Pager call: 5p-8a
- Weekend call: Fri 5p – Mon 8a
Clinical Details
- General GI- care of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, hospital consults
- Expect median productivity
- Patient admits and rounding
- Avg Clinic Patients Per Day: 20
Requirements
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible (within 12 months of residency)
- Active IL License or IMLC
- Minimum # years of experience: 1
- DEA, CSR
- ACLS, BLS
- Required Procedures: General GI- care of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, hospital consults
- Local candidates - Preferred
Call
- 30 minute response
- Will work with locum on call expectations - prefer as much call coverage as possible
- Typical Call Shift: Most are phone consults and cases done in OR next day
