Gastroenterology Physician

Overview
- 6 GIs, 5 Anesthesiologists, and 7 APPs make up this large General GI Practice in Virginia (No Advanced Procedures required)
- 1-Year Partnership Track (buy-in is nominal)
- Call is 1:7 (Mid-levels take most consults 7 days per week)
- 5 weeks of combined PTO and CME
- Lynchburg, Virginia – Metro Population 262,000
- Lynchburg was recently rated #1 in 2020 for “Cheapest U.S. Cities To Live In” by Kiplinger, noting residents spend nearly a fifth less than the national average on housing and well below the national average on transportation and groceries
- 2 hours to Greensboro, NC, 2 hours to Richmond, VA and 3 1/2 hours to Washington DC
- Lynchburg Regional Airport offers daily nonstop flights to and from Charlotte, NC
Qualifications
- Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Virginia and must be board-eligible or certified in gastroenterology
- Medical degree required
