Gastroenterologist locum needed in Pennsylvania
- Hospital and Clinic
- Background Experience: GI (BC or truly BE - within 2 years of residency) Inpatient/Outpatient and Call - Must be 100% comfortable with scoping (endoscopy/colonoscopy - all scopes are done in the hospital)
- Excellent support staff: 2 physicians, 2 PAs and 1 NP, 5 LPN/MAs, 1 Registrar, 1 RN Coordinator
- Work Schedule: Full-timeMonday - Friday 8AM to 5PM; can have flexibility with start/end times as long as it works with the other staff)
- Call Schedule: 1:3 - Every 3rdweek They willing to give the GI all the call.
- Average Patient volume - Inpatient is average of 12-15 per day; Outpatient with average of 8-10 in a half day; roughly 15 in a full day; have flex with patient times - typically see 1 hour visits with new patients and 30 minutes for established patients
- EMR Meditech Expanse
- Start date: ASAP until they hire perm, 2 weeks/month.
- Credentialing can grant emergency privileges on a clean physician.
