Adventist Health Sonora and Foothill Specialty Group are actively seeking a mission-minded Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its team in Sonora, CA. The candidate will be joining one other physician and two APPs. The selected candidate will be hired through Adventist Health’s affiliated medical group, Adventist Health Medical Group (AHMG).

The position is Monday thru Friday with 1:4 call. Both experienced providers and new grads are encouraged to apply, although candidates must be comfortable with procedures and seeing patients in the clinic. ERCP or EUS is a plus.

Sonora is an idyllic small town on the western slope of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Fondly known as “gold country,” Sonora is ideally located within a few hours from Sacramento and San Francisco, close to Yosemite National Park.

The incoming physician must be BC/BE, California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.

Wage Scale: $500,000 - $750,000/year
