Our client is seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologists to provide locums clinic coverage at their practice. Providers will need to come in day before first shift for orientation.

Coverage Needed

As soon as credentialed – ongoing during recruitment

Details: Locums will be in clinic setting with other providers – seeing new GI consults

1. Ambulatory clinic only - Schedule will be Monday- Friday 8 am- 5 pm in clinic setting
   1. If not available 5 days, will accept Mon/Wed/Friday (preference is 5 days in a row)
2. Outpatient only
3. No call
4. Avg. Volume daily: 15-20 office visits per day
5. No Critical Care ICU Duties
6. Not required to serve back-up in ER
7. Certifications required: BLS & ACLS
8. Procedures Required: new patients consults, follow up visits
9. Thirteen exam rooms
10. Staff Support – 5 attending, 7 fellows, 1 np/pa, 3 OP nurses
11. EMR is Epic
