One of our clients in Illinois needs assistance with Gastroenterology locum tenens coverage. Here are some of the details:
Location: near Chicago
Facility: 475-bed Hospital
Coverage Dates: ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule: M-F 7a - 5:30pm, 24 hour call on the weekends
Practice Details: Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 20. Number of Hospital Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 12. Number of Patients Per Day: 15. Required Procedures: Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry, Esophageal Manometry Interpretation, Small Bowel Biopsy, Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube, Capsule Deployment, Bravo, PH impedance, Breath test Interpretation, Esophogeal and Anorectal Manometry Interpretation and Endoflip.
Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient, hospital, EMR: EPIC, Level I Trauma Center
Must be IL licensed and Board Certified. Provider must be able to interpret manometry studies, as well as diagnostic testing interpretation and deployment when appropriate (e.g. endoscopic manometry placement, capsule deployment, etc.) - Required.
