ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT
Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of The Delta Companies, identifies qualified Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Allied Health, and Therapist on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. A single point of contact assists you with coordinating communication with the hiring manager, negotiating contractual details, and coordinating any necessary travel. - Base salary: To $700K - per experience
- Production: Starts day 1, earning potential $1,000,000+
- Relocation: $25K
- Sign On: $30K.
- Student loan Repayment: Through NHSC
- CME: $2,500 + days
- PTO: 3 weeks/separate sick time, increase after year 1.
- Benefits: 30 days after hire: Health & Dental
- Retirement: 401K - 3%
- Partnership option: Buy into practice and surgical center.
- VISA - Open to H1B and J1
- Schedule: 4.5 week every other Friday off.
- Clinic Outpatient: 95% outpatient = ½ day clinic ½ day surgery
- Call: 10 days a month (as needed)
- Support: Dedicated NP on-site, will have your own MA
- Open to candidates in Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming
- Base salary: $450K
- Schedule: 8 days a month (4 days every other week)
