Gastroenterology Locums Job in Illinois | March - June 2024

Assignment #99525 Details/Requirements:
--Board Certification/Board Eligibility within 5 years of residency
--Illinois state license
--Covid Vaccination
--Practice Setting: outpatient office with GI labs (Onsite Lab and E-Ray)
--Reason for coverage: Maternity Leave
--Schedule: No clinic schedule, all inpatient and outpatient scheduled procedures. Three to four days a week, 7:30A to 2:30P, call schedule - 2 weeks per month
--Outpatient GI and IM required
--Average number of patients per day: 12-14
--EMR: EPIC
--Required Procedures: ERCP, Lower GI Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Small Bowel Biopsy
--Required Types of Upper GI Endoscopy: Biopsy with Foreign Body Removal, with ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography), Diagnostic, Therapeutic\
--Locum will need to follow up with their patients for any pathology needs/results
--Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
