- Number of Hospital Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 12

- Level I Trauma Center
- Required Procedures: Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry, Esophageal Manometry Interpretation, Small Bowel Biopsy, Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube, Capsule Deployment, Bravo, PH impedance, Breath test Interpretation, Esophageal and Anorectal Manometry Interpretation and Endoflip.
- Estimated 3 month credentialing timeframe
- IL license at the time of submission - Highly Preferred due to IL licensing delays
- Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required at time of name clear
- Provider must be able to perform therapeutic procedures such as ERCP and EUS. - Required at time of name clear
