This independent community health system just outside Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a BE/BC GI physician to help transform the GI program.
Position Details:
• Build a new service line with autonomy to structure your practice
• Outpatient only with high volume of internal referrals
• Phenomenal work / life balance with 4 work days
• Mix of clinic and procedures
• Endoscopy suite and blocked OR time
• EPIC EMR
• $600K + productivity incentives and substantial signing bonus
