Home of Texas Tech University (40K+ students), beautiful sunsets, plenty of land, and friendly people. It's a family-friendly paradise with great schools, entertainment, museums, youth sports, and most importantly it is safe. Commutes are a breeze as you can get to anywhere in the city in less than 20 minutes. The weather is mostly mild all year which makes for perfect patio weather at one of our local coffee shops or breweries. We do have an airport that does have direct flights to hubs such as Phoenix, Denver, Las Vegas, Dallas, Austin, and Houston (Southwest, American, United).

Our support staff consists of more than 450 experienced nurses, ancillary services, and administrative professionals. We have approximately 30 practice sites located throughout Lubbock and the surrounding area including primary care centers and urgent care clinics open seven days a week. Combined, these practices provide care to over 400,000 patients annually.

What's the compensation model?
- We pay a guaranteed base salary for the duration of the contract + wRVU bonus
- Substantial sign-on bonus
- In training? We also offer a monthly training stipend
- Call pay + pay to supervise 1-2 APPs + quarterly quality bonus + CME allowance + relocation
- We will pay your malpractice + Texas license + DEA + board certification exam fees

- Join an exceptional & diverse team of Gastroenterologists (2 general, 1 advanced, 1 pediatric)
- Who doesn't like new facilities? We have a new clinic and new outpatient GI center
- Options: We have clinic/endoscopy at the hospital and clinic/endoscopy south of town
- Clinics are open M-Th 8-5 and Friday 8-12 (admin time on Friday PM)
- 15-18 patient average per clinic half day
- We've got many procedures ready for you!
- Your endo case load per day is determined by you but usually (avg is 8-10 cases/half day)
- Limited call to no call (NPs take day call)
- Built in referral base from large multi-specialty system, UMC Health System and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center
