$4000 24hr call, 8 hrs gratis, $450 per hour
Starts 10/29 and ongoing
8 hr shift then call remainder of day
8-12 patients per day
EPIC EMR
ERCP preferred
Requirements:
Board Certified
Active OH license & DEA, will consider non-licensed providers
