GI to join single specialty group consisting of four GIs and 5 APPs. Democratic group with one year to partnership, options to buy into multispecialty ambulatory surgery center and building. Inpatient services supported by experienced advanced practice clinicians. Collegial relationship with both local hospital systems, including income support for new partners and call compensation. Weekend call 1:6.
