$450 per hour
Scheduled clinic & call, Outpatient, Inpatient
Start Nov 20 - Dec 27 (& ongoing)
Avg 12 patients per day
Requirements:
BE/BC
ERCP/EUS preferred
Active MI license or IMLC
60 day credentialing
ABLS, ALCS, ATLS
