JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hospital in eastern North Carolina is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join their established team with 1 experienced physician and 2 Advanced Practice Providers. GI team is a consult only service, no direct admitting responsibilities. Inpatient support by an experienced hospitalist team while APPs manage outpatient clinic flow.
Procedures will include general GI and advanced endoscopy cases (ERCP preferred-EUS optional)
Call: 10 days per month-no weekend or holiday call

HOSPITAL:
This hospital is a 130+-bed full-service hospital with an active medical staff of more than 50 physicians representing 20+ specialties, as well as more than 600 nurses, technicians and support staff.
