Job Description
We offer a robust compensation package that includes:
- Base Salary: $630,713-(ERCP Trained-$659,381)
- Sign on Bonus-$75k
- Performance Incentive: Quality-5% of base compensation paid per year for achieving defined performance metrics-$31,536-(ERCP Trained-$32,969)
- Productivity Incentive: wRVU threshold 4124 with conversion faction of $137.66 this year
- Call Greater than 1:3: Paid at $1000-(ERCP Trained-1,330) per 24 hours of unrestricted call
- Starting Loan: (TBD) payable within 30 days following the start date; forgiven over three (3) years as long as you remain employed by the Clinic
- Relocation Services: Up to $15,000 in approved relocation expenses (grossed up to cover tax liability);
- Allowed Time Off 40 days (320 hours) each fiscal year. This allowed time off covers all time off including vacation, holidays, personal days, and continuing education.
- The Clinic will offer the following:
- CME: $3500 for single-boarded and $5000 for double-boarded per year
- Malpractice Insurance
- DEA & ND medical license fees/renewals
