Reason for coverage: high demand for scopes and behind on scheduling - needing extra help
Patient demographic: Adults in the endoscopy suite
Lab onsite
X-ray onsite
12-14 patients per day

Board Certified or Eligible - required
Must be interested in Locum to Perm - Note at time of name clear
Active IA license or IMLC in hand - required
Must have an active life support in order to obtain moderate sedation privileges - required
Must be available full time for a 6 month assignment - required
Clean background/malpractice - required
Covid vaccinated? - note at time of name clear
Minimum Board Certification: BE
EMR System: Allscripts
