DATES NEEDED:
7a-7a Thursday to Thursday for May, June and July two weeks each month.
Dates of Coverage Needed ongoing: 2 weeks/mo Each provider
Will advanced procedures be required, either ERCP or EUS? ERCP required
What is the setting, inpatient or outpatient? Inpatient / ER
Is there a set amount of time allotted per procedure? If so, how much? No
