Physician-led hospital-based group at one of the few locally governed hospital's in the state of California! This 298-bed community hospital is dedicated to providing top-rate, high quality care, and is recognized by Health grades as a Top 250 Best Hospitals in the country!
PRACTICE
• Group comprised of established 4 Gastroenterologists and 4 APPs
• Bread and butter Gastroenterology practice with advanced procedures if desired
• Call will be 1:5 with new recruit with only one hospital to cover
• 5 Endoscopy suites with blocked schedule offers providers 2.5 days/week of procedure time
• 400,000 population catchment area that is not over-saturated and little competition
FINANCIAL
• Base Salary guarantee 550K-650K plus RVU production.
• Up to $80,000 in recruitment bonuses (sign-on and relocation), profit sharing, 401k and competitive benefits
• Proven earning income potential well over $700K
• High potential income yet lower cost of living area, making your dollars stretch.
• Qualified for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
