*Medical Group currently seeking an experienced, BC Gastroenterologist.*
**Position Information:**
- Full-time, permanent position
- Hospital employed
- Advanced Endoscopy, IBD and Motility
- The Gastroenterology division is comprised of over 30 gastroenterologists, hepatologists, and advanced practice providers all committed to providing compassionate, high quality, patient focused care.
- Providers see approximately 35,000 outpatients per year for a wide variety of GI and liver related problems including inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, biliary tract disorders and diseases of the pancreas, colon cancer, and disorders of the esophagus.
- Physicians also perform approximately 25,000 procedures annually.
- Many of the Departments physicians are frequently recognized in local and national publications as among the best in their field.
- The Division offers a collegial and supportive environment in which providers feel their efforts are recognized and valued. All of these factors contribute to an extremely low turnover rate within the Division.
**GI Fellowship**
- The GI Division also has an ACGME accredited GI Fellowship Program with staff physicians holding academic appointments at Tufts Medical School.
- Staff gastroenterologists have the opportunity to interact with fellows, residents and medical students, and to teach at Tufts Medical School if so inclined.

**Criteria**
- Interested candidates should be Fellowship Trained in GI.
